Miracles Happen!

2 week doctor visit

So yesterday was Abbi's 2 Week Doctor visit. At her one week visit we found out she weighed 6 lbs 9 ozs and was 19 inches long. She was still under her birth weight, but it was going up from when we had left the hospital so we just were told to feed her more.

Yesterday she weighed in at 6 lbs. 15 oz. and 19.5 inches long. We are almost there! She is supposed to gain an ounce a day, so she was just under that. Next week we will be back in action. Jeff made the comment the other night that he notices she is getting bigger. She is starting to get the double chin and little rolls around her neck, ankles, and wrists. Although they are little, they are there. :-)

Here she is last night posing on Dad. She loves to sleep with her arms over her head. Her absolute favorite position is on her belly though, when she is laying on one of us. Oh what have we started....there are times that she will be sound asleep and if you even think about moving her then she is about to start an all out war....she has truly figured out that crying = holding. Uh oh!
