This weekend...my very good friend from college, Marilyn, was in town this weekend and I had not seen she and her husband Ryan since their wedding 3 years ago! I took a half day on Friday, picked up Abbi from her sitter and we went shopping with Mare. Mare bought her the cutest Halloween costume and an adorable outfit. (pink of course)
Abbi liked her from the beginning, but what is there not to like, Mare is wonderful. Every store we went into they would ask if Mare was her first mom, and then if she was the aunt. It was fun!

Saturday morning, I got to get up bright and early and run over to Babies R Us to sign Thomas and Abigail up for their first photos together. The plan was to get Tommys 2nd birthday photos and then Halloween photos. Abbi in her pumpkin outfit and tommy in his little pooh outfit. Well this was a much harder then one would think. I got us a time at 11:40 am. I figured it was still morning, which is Abbi's favorite and Tommy, well I did not know his schedule so I just guessed this was a good time. Let's just say. Abbi did not want to smile, Thomas did not want to sit on the number 2, one would cry when the other was smiling......so on and so forth. Definitely a fun experience!!!! Ahhhhhh! Oh and Abbi never got in her Halloween Costume, we are lucky so was in anything at all.
Here are the photos we got, and it only took about 40 to get these 5. Hee hee.

(Abbi's outfit is from Marcy! So perfect!)
After all of that work, we get back to Grandma's and ask Tommy to smile for the camera and look at this grin. Oh kids!

Saturday night, Mare, Ryan, Jeff and I went to dinner at Maggianos - a fabulous Italian restaurant and then to a Hypmatist show. We had a great night.

Jeff was taking photos and getting the car, so he was not in any of these :-(
